The A-League Of Young Professionals (ALYP)

The A-League Consult in partnership with the African Chamber for Youth Development is providing training and capacity building for young professionals and young business leaders who are determined to rise up the corporate ladder to become C-Suite Executives by 2025.

Vision

To provide a platform that creates opportunities for young professionals from various business and professional backgrounds to enhance their leadership competence and capacity while building strong networks and strategic partnerships

To create a network of inspired, competent and capable game changers

Eligibility Requirement

  • Between the ages of 21 and 40 at the time of application submission, although exceptional applicants beyond this age group will be considered
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • A proven record of leadership and accomplishment in the chosen career field
  • A demonstrated commitment to public or community service, volunteerism, or mentorship;
  • The ability to work cooperatively in diverse groups and respect the opinions of others;
  • A demonstrated knowledge, interest, and professional experience in a chosen career field;
  • Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.

Duration

Training is over a period of 3 months. With a combination of virtual meetings and once in a month in-person training sessions.
